Terms of service

These terms govern your use of IvyLens (the "service") operated by IvyLens Ltd. By creating an account or accepting an invite to a team, you agree to them. Words like "you" and "your" mean the individual or organisation using the service.

You're responsible for the activity on your account, for keeping credentials private, and for the accuracy of the information you provide. We may suspend or terminate accounts that are inactive, unpaid, or in breach of these terms.

• Plans renew automatically at the price displayed on /pricing when you subscribe. Annual plans are charged up-front; monthly plans are charged each cycle.
• When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. We do not refund partial periods or unused unlocks.
• Pay-per-unlock charges (after the monthly allowance) are billed at the rate displayed on the unlock screen at the time of purchase.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' written notice. The new price applies from your next renewal.

On Agency / Enterprise plans, the account holder is the contracting party and pays for all seats. The owner can invite, remove or reassign seats at any time from the team panel; removed members lose access on next refresh. Invited users accept these terms when they create their account.

• No automated scraping, reverse engineering, or attempts to circumvent rate limits, paywalls, or other access controls.
• No reselling or redistributing IvyLens data without an express written agreement.
• No uploading or transmitting unlawful, harmful, or infringing content via support tickets, contact forms or invitations.

We retain all rights, title and interest in the service, the IvyLens brand and the underlying intelligence. You retain rights to content you submit; you grant us a non-exclusive licence to use it to operate and improve the service.

IvyLens surfaces hiring-market signals to help you prioritise outreach; we don't guarantee placements, conversions, or specific revenue outcomes. The service is provided "as-is" without warranties beyond those required by law. Our aggregate liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You can cancel at any time from /settings. We can terminate immediately for serious breach (fraud, abuse, repeated payment failure). Sections 6, 7, 9 and any accrued payment obligations survive termination.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
